HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?
We would love and are open to see any creativity to our products suited to your liking or needs, with a customisation fee from S$5 (exclude product price). See below for our customisation options. 

Colour 
There will be no extra charge when you custom an order with 1 colour. 2 or more colours is charged at S$5.

Personalised name & wordings 
You can personalise some of the products with your choice of name/wordings; charged at S$5. See photo below for reference of letter designs and finished products. 

 WHEN WILL I RECEIVED MY CUSTOM ORDER?

Handmade products and custom orders usually take more time; from finalising design to the production process and is single-handedly by me (Shin), please expect 7 - 14 days for the order to reach you. But rest assured we are doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible without comprising the quality. 

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN A CUSTOM ORDER?
Due to the nature of handcrafted products, we do not accept cancellations or refunds once you have placed your order on our website. 

Please keep in mind that custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned/refunded and are excluded from any discounts and/or promotions.
