WHAT ARE THE HANDMADE PRODUCTS MADE OF?
Each piece is handcrafted from a water-based composite material that is solvent-free and contains no VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). 

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT HAVE AIR BUBBLES?
Due to the nature of the material and making process there may be some air bubbles on the product, but we will try our best to limit these as much as possible. 

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT DO NOT LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE PHOTOS?
All products are made upon receiving orders and is done in small quantities by hand to reduce waste, so slight difference in colour and patterns will occur. As much as we try our best to keep consistency, it also highlighted the beauty & uniqueness of handmade products. 

ARE THE PRODUCTS WATER-PROOF?
All products are finished with a water-resistant sealant but not 100% waterproof. We advise to place the products in an environment that does not have much contact with water or moisture to maximise the longevity of the product. 

IS THE PRODUCT DISHWASHER/MICROWAVE/OVEN SAFE?
Although all products are sealed with water-resistant sealant, we do not recommend putting them in dishwasher/microwave/oven.

IS THE PRODUCT FOOD SAFE?
The material used are not tested for food safety and we do not recommend to have direct contact with food. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?
All products are finished with a water-resistant sealant and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Using any harsh cleaning products or hard scrubbing will damage the surface of your product. We also advise to wipe down any spills as soon as possible to prevent stain marks. 

HOW DURABLE CAN THESE PRODUCTS BE?
It is fairly strong and durable but avoid dropping or knocking on hard surfaces as this might cause the product to chip/break. 

CAN I DO CUSTOMIZATION TO THE PRODUCTS?
Definitely YES! We would love and are open to see any creativity to our products suited to your liking or needs, with a customisation fee from S$5 (exclude product price). No extra charges on single colour customisation.

As we hold very limited stocks, all orders will be made upon receiving.

Handmade products usually takes more time to make and is single-handedly by me (Shin), please expect 7 working days for your order to reach you; it may take a little longer for international orders.
